萬物生靈：2025圣誕特別集
尼古拉斯·瑞夫,蕾切爾·申頓,薩繆爾·韋斯特,安娜·梅德利,卡勒姆·伍德豪斯,派翠西亞·霍吉,蓋亞·懷斯Channel 5和PBS Masterpiece宣布一次性續訂《萬物生靈》第五季、第六季，均由6集和圣誕特別集組成。
茱莉亞
簡·方達,杰森·羅巴茲,瓦妮莎·雷德格雷夫,馬克西米連·謝爾,梅麗爾·斯特里普故事發生在二十世紀三十年代初期，莉蓮（簡·方達 Jane Fonda 飾）前往維也納尋找自己曾經的好友茱莉亞（瓦妮莎·雷德格瑞夫 Vanessa Redgrave 飾），到達目的地之后，莉蓮才知道，茱莉亞因為和法西斯支持者發生了激烈沖突而受傷住進了醫院，之后不知所蹤。在莉蓮回歸自己的生活之后，她意外的收到了茱莉亞的來信，在信中，茱莉亞請求莉蓮幫助自己投運五萬美元給反納粹組織，盡管這一舉動在當時意味著巨大的危險，但是莉蓮還是答應了茱莉亞，最終，兩個多年未見的好友在柏林重逢。然而，沒過多久，莉蓮便受到了茱莉亞的死訊，在悲痛之中，莉蓮明白，自己還有未完成的任務。
等待方舟

The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart. Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory? n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in. What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts. On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired. One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places. Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.
大帝機器人
伊武雅刀,洞口依子,森本治行,吉田友紀東寶ビデオのシネパック第一弾として、1991年11月8日にリリースされたのがこの『ミカドロイド』である?！ 〉诙未髴槟┢凇∩珴夂瘠嗜毡?。その中で帝國陸軍が極秘裏に研究していた秘密兵器、それが人造人間“ジンラ號”。敗戦とともに歴史から抹消されたジンラ號であったが、空襲で埋沒した研究所の中、眠り続けていた一體があった。そして今、半世紀の歳月を経て、ジンラ號が東京の地下に蘇る！ ふとした偶然でその地下迷宮に迷い込んでしまった若い男女二人は何を見るのか？ 未完成の人造人間として老いる事も出來ずに彷徨い続けてきた謎の男、彼は一體何を望むのか？ 本作は舞臺となる場所と時間が狹い範囲に限定されているため、物語の密度が濃く、一夜限りの幻想的な悪夢のような作品となっている。 ジンラ號のデザインを擔當したのはイラストレーターの明日蘭。蒸気機関車のような舊式なラインでまとめられているジンラ號は一見ユーモラスで鈍重な外見だが、內に潛ませた悪夢と狂気が不思議な説得力を持ち、印象深い仕上がりとなっている。またジンラ號専用武器として設計されたという設定の“１００式短機関銃改「ベ式」テラ銃”は、當時の落下傘部隊が使用した実銃をモチーフにいかにもそれらしくまとめられており、ジンラ號の設定をよりリアルな物としている。その他、南部十四年式拳銃や９６式軽機関銃などの各種プロップガンもリアルな作動シーンを見せて畫面を引き締めている?！ ”O督を務めたのは特殊メイククリエイターとして有名な原口智生。本作は原口自身が長年あたためてきた企畫で、原口の監督デビュー作となった。
摩登神探
鄭則士,廖偉雄,羅烈阿燦（廖偉雄飾）與肥則(鄭則士飾)一對活貝警界立下不豐功偉績。但每次都是烏龍百出，錯有錯著之下破案的，一次因涉嫌收藏大陸的非法人蛇，倆人同被革除職務。二人于無意中得悉一名叫契爺的黑社會頭子，擄去一富翁的小孫，但倆人是被革退的警員，又怎樣去處理或能否撲滅契的犯罪集團呢！ 肥則為了娶阿芳（鄭麗芳飾）為妻，收留了從大陸偷渡過來的大姨媽及其女阿珍（阮佩玲飾）。阿燦愛上了賢淑可愛的阿珍，兩人很快墮入愛河。另一方面，犯罪集團主腦契爺（羅烈飾）及得力女助手阿JOE策劃一樁勒索案，但取贖金時險比警方捉拿。無計可施時，契爺捉走阿珍及阿芳來威脅阿燦及肥則替他們取贖金，并在他們身上裝了一遙控計時炸彈…
甜蜜與卑微
西恩·潘,薩曼莎·莫頓,Dan Moran,烏瑪·瑟曼,Brian Markinson故事發生在20世紀的30年代，雷（西恩·潘 Sean Penn 飾）是當時紅極一時的爵士樂傳奇人物。由于早年生活困頓，成名后雷養成了揮金如土的惡習，壓抑許久的他放縱自己迷失在由金錢和美女組成的奢侈世界里?！ ∫晃幻泻５伲ㄋ_曼莎·莫頓 Samantha Morton 飾）的普通洗衣女工深深的愛上了雷，愿意為雷付出一切，而雷亦對單純的海蒂抱有好感?？墒?，此時的雷并不想過早的走入安定的家庭生活，更何況，雷可是一位藝術家啊，對于藝術家來說，婚姻難道不正是靈感的墳墓嗎？就這樣，雷和海蒂漸行漸遠。之后，雷娶了性感妖嬈的作家布蘭奇（烏瑪·瑟曼 Uma Thurman 飾），卻發現布蘭奇是比自己還要放浪形骸的“交際花”。直到此時，雷才想起了海蒂的好，可是雷沒有把握，這個單純可愛的女孩如今還會一如既往的包容他，接納他嗎？
