蘇查·瑪娜英,阿萍雅·薩庫爾加倫蘇,吳翊歌,亞歷山大·倫德爾南、歐、尼克、竇和梅是五個剛畢業沒多久的新新人類，出于對影視行業和靈異題材的熱愛，他們拍攝了一支鬧鬼廢墟的小短片。雖然沒有獲得相關公司的認可，但一經上傳后很快得到網友的廣泛關注和支持。在此之后，專門拍攝靈異題材的制作公司鬼域（Ghost Land）聯系到他們，邀請三個人前往端島拍攝。端島是位于日本長崎一座形狀酷似軍艦的島嶼，19世紀末曾憑借豐富的礦藏贏得某大型企業的關注，但是隨著能源方式的改編如今已變成遍布廢墟的荒島。 無所顧忌的年輕人們登上端島，期間還遭遇傳說中的美女美子的鬼魂，他們就此厄運纏身……

殘酷的夏日
翟乃社,曲國強,鄔倩倩,張嘉益諸家老太有兩個兒子夢龍和夢飛，以及一個養孫國榮。16年前，一伙以張振邦為首的歹徒為了報復諸老太在公安局工作的丈夫，欲把夢龍和夢飛活埋，國榮的父親得知后，救出了兄弟倆，自己卻被燒死，諸老太為了報恩，收養了國榮，并且對他十分疼愛。不想，16年后的今天，國榮卻陷入了張的販毒集團。夢龍出于對國榮的愛護，在知道國榮販毒后，私下包庇他。在公安局工作的夢飛在緝拿國榮的過程中，國榮因拒捕被擊斃，夢龍被夢飛帶上了手銬。
