　　蘭利副警長(zhǎng)追蹤一名被綁架的女孩到一個(gè)廢棄的鬼城。然而，該鎮(zhèn)并沒有被遺棄，而是被歹徒德夫林（Devlin）及其幫派的鬼魂所困擾，他們將同樣死去的市民作為人質(zhì)，直到歹徒被一名執(zhí)法人員殺害。
