根據1961年轟動全臺的“瑠公圳分尸大案”改編。刑警趙子午（朱軒洋 飾）與記者張秀秀（吳卓源 飾）在得知女尸案有幕后陰謀后，聯手搏命找尋真相。警方也隨后發布巨額懸賞。不料，趙子午父親、抗日將軍趙志升（張世 飾）被列為分尸案嫌犯。媒體得知后開始瘋狂報道，一時間這起混雜血案、輿論、政敵的分尸案鬧得全城震動……

　　國際大都會日本東京，光天化日之下發生了性質極其惡劣的搶劫案。某個十字路口發生詭異的交通事故，科學搜查班（ST）的各位順藤摸瓜查清了事故的始作俑者——天才黑客鏑木徹（中山裕介 飾）。但是ST的領導者赤城左門（藤原龍也 飾）面對眾人對鏑木的指控閃爍其詞，他支開百合根友久（岡田將生 飾），獨自前往鏑木的住所。未久，鏑木葬身火海，而赤城作為重要嫌疑人被同僚拘捕。青山翔（志田未來 飾）、結城翠（蘆名星 飾）、黑崎勇治（漥田正孝 飾）、山吹才藏（三宅弘城 飾）等手下自然不會相信赤城的認罪供詞，他們想方設法要查清真相，而百合根更為此故意犯罪進入拘留所，試圖近距離聽取赤城的心聲。而就在關鍵時刻，赤城越獄逃亡……　　本片根據今野敏的原作改編。
