生於夜間趕路途中遇見一名絕色女子，問及為何深夜在外，女子自稱名叫小禾，為躲避追婚逃出，王生便收留小禾至書齋，并與她相擁入睡，王生卻迷戀小禾，從此無心功名。王妻陳氏得知王生是為此女子荒癈課業，於是邀來懂武功的王二朗調查，王二朗來到書齋見一名女子臉部只剩骷顱頭，女子并將一張人皮畫成絕色美女再將畫披上，陳氏請王二朗找他師父幫忙，道士準備出手時，小禾卻從窗戶闖入，將王擄走，吃了王生心......
