　　半年前，17歲的布蘭特（Xavier Samuel 飾）與父親駕車遭遇車禍，父親身亡，布蘭特和母親始終沒有從傷痛中走出。同校的勞拉（Robin McLeavy 飾）邀請布蘭特同去舞會，布蘭特木訥的予以拒絕，轉頭陪伴自己的女友赫莉。當天布蘭特獨身在野外攀巖，當他來到山頂時，久候多時的勞拉之父將他麻醉帶走。　　布蘭特醒來時，發現自己被困在勞拉家中，這個看上去文靜的微胖女孩居然利用自己的父親將多位男孩綁架，父女二人殘酷的虐待他們，最后用電鉆把他們的頭骨鉆開變成嘶啞的癡呆。勞拉的母親也不能免于折磨，她形容枯槁奄奄一息，被父女二人視為無物。面對這對關系曖昧的怪異父女，布蘭特必須用盡一切辦法自救……

　　Vertical Entertainment取得娜塔莉·多默爾、艾德·斯克林主演影片[黑暗之中](In Darkness，暫譯)的北美發行權，該片由安東尼·拜恩執導。該片講述盲人女孩索菲亞(多默爾飾)偶然聽到樓上有打斗之聲。實際上樓上的維羅尼卡已遭人陷害。而索菲亞也無故卷入一場黑暗事件中。該片預計今年5月北美上映。

In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
