祈母（恬妮）生下連體女嬰～祁寶兒（陳玉蓮）和貝兒。必須施分剖手術，祈母為了救寶兒，只好犧牲貝兒。從此貝兒的鬼魂便纏擾著寶兒，直到寶兒大學畢業(yè)回港，又屢次害寶兒，更欲奪其男友潘子勤（湯鎮(zhèn)宗）。最后，連體嬰靈貝兒再度復活，祈父（岳華）被殺，祈母也自殺而死，而一連串令人匪夷所思的事接踵而來。
