急凍奇俠
元彪,元華,張曼玉,林聰,吳志雄,黃耀明 Anthony Wong Yiu,黎燕姍,徐錦江,元奎,王晶故事開始于明朝，鳳三（元華 飾）心腸歹毒，無惡不作，身為錦衣衛，同時又是鳳三的師弟，方守正（元彪 飾）發誓要將鳳三繩之于法。然而，鳳三此人詭計多端，甚至想要偷取能夠扭轉時空的黑玉佛，借此逃脫法網，幾番爭斗之后，兩人雙雙跌落山崖。 時光荏苒，轉眼已是現代，考古隊在雪地中挖掘出了鳳三和方守正被冰封住的尸體，將兩人運往美國研究，然而，途中一場意外卻令兩人死而復生。方守正于機緣巧合之下遇見了名為阿玉（張曼玉 飾）的不良少女，陰差陽錯的成為了她的保鏢，而鳳三不改奸邪本性，加入了黑社會，繼續為非作歹。當方守正得知鳳三依舊作惡多端后，他決定繼續自己未完成的使命。
等待方舟

The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart. Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory? n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in. What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts. On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired. One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places. Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.

冰封之地
尼古拉斯·凱奇,約翰·庫薩克,凡妮莎·哈金斯,凱瑟琳·拉·納莎20世紀80年代初，站街流鶯辛蒂（瓦妮莎·哈金斯 Vanessa Hudgens 飾）險些遭人殺害。與此同時，在阿拉斯加一處荒涼所在，一名女性尸體被人發現。警官杰克·海爾康伯（尼古拉斯·凱奇 Nicolas Cage 飾）從辛蒂處了解到，兇手手段殘暴無情，并且可能是個連環殺手。由于背負著不堪回首的過去，杰克一方面決定保護這個僥幸從死神手中逃脫的女孩，另一方面將目標鎖定在曾在70年代有過前科的男子羅伯特·漢森（約翰·庫薩克 John Cusack 飾）身上。羅伯特道貌岸然，不動聲色繼續著他的獵殺活動，當他意外再度出現在辛蒂面前時，正邪雙方的對決即將到了關鍵時刻…… 本片根據真實事件改編。

洪金寶,鐘鎮濤,王祖賢,梁珊,曹查理,陳友在一家珠寶貿易公司工作的肥丁（洪金寶）因是胖仔外加做人老實，常被老板娘周太（梁珊）和其弟（曹查理）騎在頭上，重活臟活全要攬下不說，工作稍微出點錯就會被罵得狗血淋頭。一日，他和在貨運部工作的同事阿B（鐘鎮濤）一起按老板吩咐送鉆石給中東酋長，之后將所收錢款送往銀行的途中遭劫，周太和其弟不問青紅誣告兩人與劫匪是同伙。 越想越來氣的肥丁決定綁架周太以泄壓抑已久的怒火。在他準備行動之時，周家剛從美國歸來的女兒祖兒（王祖賢）正同后母周太發生激烈的爭吵，結果陰差陽錯祖兒被他綁架，之后又被阿B綁至家中。肥丁在阿B的逼迫下無奈向周家索要贖金，一時笑料百出。
