卡羅是名服裝設計師，開了一家新娘禮服店。在一次偶然中，遇到了一位可愛的女人。他不惜拋棄妻子，只希望跟那女人在一塊。但他與該女人年齡有段差距，兩人的價值觀大異其趣。在一次跟兒子交談中，他領悟到自已的迷失，再度回到妻子身邊。

腦子缺根弦兒的九能帶刀（鈴置洋孝 飾）路過邪馬臺古董店，在店內看到了極為珍貴的鳳凰蛋。傳說只要擁有這枚蛋，便可領會到威力無比的魔劍鳳凰劍。為了打敗宿敵亂馬（山口勝平 飾），成為至高無上的強者，九能強買下鳳凰蛋。不過店主（北村弘一 飾）叮囑，無論如何千萬不能將蛋放在頭頂，否則將由可怕的事情發生。不幸的是，亂馬無意中將蛋放在了九能的頭上，一只長相奇怪的鳥兒誕生了。它幫助九能成為足以打敗任何對手的強者。爭強好勝的亂馬無論如何都要挽回面子……本片根據高橋留美子的漫畫《亂馬1/2》改編，系該動畫的劇場版第3部。
